Coaching Rates

📍 Located in Denver, CO
Come lift in person or work with me remotely — wherever you are. All sessions are tailored, technical, and paced to meet you where you’re at.

30-Minute Sessions
• $40 single session
• $140 pack of 4 sessions

60-Minute Sessions
• $70 single session
• $260 pack of 4 sessions

• $50 per virtual session
Work with me online — perfect for tune-ups, form checks, or programming support.

📌 Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged.

Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full session rate. Emergencies happen — just communicate when you can, and we’ll figure it out.
