Welcome to The Ember Garden
The Ember Garden grew out of something simple: a love for tending to things slowly and with care. While I coach Olympic lifting out of my garage gym, the plants stay indoors — rooting on windowsills, shelves, and anywhere the light hits just right.
Lifting and plants don’t seem like they go together. But they do.
Both require patience. Consistency. Showing up even when nothing looks different — until one day, everything does. Growth in the gym and growth in the garden come from the same place: steady hands, time, and a little intention.
These cuttings come from my personal collection. They’re slow-grown, rooted in water or soil, and offered when they’re strong enough to move on.
Because strength takes many forms. Some of them grow on vines.
✨ All cuttings come from healthy, mature houseplants in my personal collection.
🪴 Rooted starts are ready to pot
🌱 Unrooted cuttings should go into water or moss right away.

My collection’s always shifting — growing, rooting, unfolding.
